AI is not going to launch your Kingdom business.

I know that’s not what the rest of the online business world is telling you right now. Every time you scroll social media, somebody is selling you the dream that a $47 course plus an “exclusive” AI prompt pack at checkout equals a launched business by the end of the week.

So, maybe you bought it… ran the prompts… generated the copy. You spun up the funnel. You did all the things the course told you to do.

And you’re still not launched. Or you launched the thing, and it launched to crickets, and you don’t know why. 

Sis, hear me on this: That’s not a YOU problem.

Now, you weren’t lied to about whether AI works. You were misled about what AI can do. And once you see this nuance, it will change everything about how you build and launch your online business.

The Lie Everyone Is Selling About AI Right Now

The whole online business industry is selling a “white lie” right now. Prompt packs. AI funnels. AI sales pages. “Build a six-figure business with ChatGPT in a day.” #eyeroll.

I’m gonna be honest with you. I actually bought one of these workshops. I was like, “There is literally no way this can be true,” but I wanted to see for myself. It was a 3 day workshop with the promise that you’d walk out with a fully crafted 5-figure offer, all your marketing and messaging banged out, sales page, full funnel… the entire business, done. 

I bought the VIP level. The all-in. I wanted to see what the highest tier even looked like. And you know what I found? You couldn’t even get access to the person who was teaching. You couldn’t get their eyes on your stuff. There was no real support. Just a course and a prompt pack and a hope and a prayer. 

And here’s the part nobody is highlighting out loud: AI by itself simply cannot do all the things you need to do to launch your business online. The industry isn’t telling you that part because they don’t have a quick cart upsell to offer you for the piece that’s actually missing. 

What AI CAN Do (And What It Literally Cannot) 

Let me say this plainly: AI is a tool. It’s not a strategy. It’s definitely not a coach.

As an online business coach who teaches AI implementation inside my mentorship every single week, I want to be very clear that I LOVE AI. I’m currently teaching a 4-part AI Masterclass inside my mentorship on building a Virtual Marketing Partner. I use AI daily. This isn’t an anti-AI conversation. But AI has it’s limits.

Here’s what AI CAN do: speed up your work, draft your copy, generate ideas when you’re in a block, save you hours. Real talk, I had AI produce in 2 hours what would normally take my VA 8-10 hours. AI is incredible as a tool. 

Here’s what AI CANNOT do: 

• Know your ideal customer beyond the words you feed it. A 5-step ICP exercise isn’t gonna cut it. (I give my mentorship members a 26-step ICP prompt that interviews them conversationally. THAT’s what it actually takes to give AI enough context.) 
  
• Capture your authentic voice, your heart, or the way God specifically called YOU to serve. Even when you upload every transcript and content piece you’ve ever made, you still have to push back on AI’s drafts to make sure it lines up with the heart and voice God gave you. 
  
• Your mindset, conviction, or belief work. I follow an AI expert who has a prompt that turns your AI into a “business coach” that does mindset work with you. But Sis, we’re Kingdom people. Conviction and belief work requires your Bible, prayer, a journal, and time with God. AI can encourage you, but it doesn’t hit the same. 
  
• See where you’re stuck in real time and coach you through it. AI doesn’t have a mind. It doesn’t have a nervous system. It doesn’t have the Holy Spirit. And it definitely doesn’t have your back at 11pm when you’re spiraling about whether to switch strategies again or just quit. 
  
• There’s also a sneaky problem nobody talks about. When you bought that prompt pack that uses someone else’s proprietary framework, and you go back to AI to ask “why isn’t this working?”, AI often can’t even access that framework. It asks you context questions you don’t know how to answer, and you’re stuck. And you’ve got no one to email to ask for help. So. Frustrating.

God Didn’t Give Moses a Strategy. He Gave Him a Pattern. 

Let me show you something from scripture. You’re going to want to open your Bible to Exodus 25-31. This is where God is calling Moses to build the tabernacle. 

In Biblical language, a strategy is a revelation, an assignment, a call. When God told Abraham to “go to a place I will show you” (Genesis 12), that was a strategy. When God told Moses “build for Me a tabernacle that I might abide in the midst of the people,” that was the strategy. 

But God didn’t stop there. He gave Moses a full PATTERN. Exodus 25:9 says, “Make this tabernacle and all its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you.” 

A strategy is one move. A pattern is the full system. And God’s pattern for Moses included four distinct pieces: 

1. The Blueprint — the framework, structure, and design (Exodus 25-31).
2. The Skilled Workers — Bezalel and Oholiab called by name, filled with the Spirit, equipped to teach others (Exodus 31:1-6). 
3. The Community of Builders — all the assembly of Israel bringing materials and building together (Exodus 35).. 
4. The Materials and Supply Chain — gold, silver, fine linen, all the tools. God already had Israel plunder Egypt before Moses ever knew about this assignment (Exodus 12:35-36).

Notice what’s NOT in God’s pattern: a single tool that does it all. And listen, this isn’t just a Moses thing. When Paul planted churches around Asia Minor, he used the same 4-piece pattern. When Jesus builds His church in the earth, He’s using the same 4-piece pattern. We can use the same 4-piece pattern to build our business today. 

The 4-Piece Pattern for Your Kingdom Business Launch 

The pattern hasn’t changed. The materials have. Here’s what your 4-piece pattern looks like:

1. The Framework (Your Blueprint) 

You need a step-by-step structure for what to build, in what order. This is what a lot of “experts” are out there selling as strategy, but most strategies aren’t even close to as intricate as a true framework needs to be. Inside my mentorship I teach the BUILD with Faith Framework: Mindset, Offer, Audience, Sales, Systems. That’s a blueprint. Five clear pieces, in order. With detailed steps to help you customize each one to your business and get them implemented efficiently and effectively. 

2. The Guide (A Coach Who Sees You) 

In the Bible, new skills and trades are taught and mastered through apprenticeship. Jesus apprenticed under Joseph as a carpenter. Paul apprenticed under Gamaliel to learn the Law. Even the prophets had the school of the prophets. Apprenticeship is the Biblical pattern. 

I know you think you can do this all on your own. I thought that too. But it’s a lot to expect of yourself to be naturally great at something you’ve never done before and that you’ve never been trained to do. There’s no BA in Kingdom solopreneurship, as far as I know. 

Let me ask you this. If you were about to climb Mount Everest for the first time, would you go up alone with a map, or would you take a Sherpa who’s already made the climb a hundred times and knows exactly where the pitfalls are? Sis. We choose the Sherpa every day in the rest of our lives. Why are we trying to climb the entrepreneurial mountain alone? 

I have a mentorship member named Jess. She was the first woman in my mentorship I helped grow to consistent $5K months. I asked her once what made the difference, and she said: “Erica, you know how to take what seems completely overwhelming and foreign and break it down into simple, achievable steps that build momentum. It works. And it feels good.” That’s the power of a blueprint with a guide alongside you. 

3. The Community (Kingdom Women Building Alongside You) 

When God assigned and sent Nehemiah to rebuild the walls around Jerusalem, he didn’t do it alone. In Nehemiah 3 we find that he did it in community  — with multiple families all assigned to different sections of the wall, building side by side. There was momentum. There was sharpening. There was accountability. There was safety.

This is what my mentorship community, The Jesus Girl Gang, feels like. The women inside my mentorship are literally cheering each other on every day inside our Facebook group, leaving notes on each other’s questions, showing up for each other during launches. That’s what real, connected community does! 

4. The Systems (Where AI Actually Fits) 

The platform, the tools, the tech stack. THIS is where AI lives. Not as the strategy. Not as the guide. Not as the community. AI is one tool inside an active build environment.
