#24: The Business Blueprint Every Kingdom Builder Needs (And Nobody’s Talking About)

May 22, 2026

THIS IS FOR THE WOMAN WHO’S TRIED STRATEGY AFTER STRATEGY AND STILL CAN’T FIGURE OUT WHY IT’S NOT WORKING.

You bought the course. You watched the modules. You started implementing. You got about 80% of the way through, and then something stalled. The results didn’t come fast enough, the confidence drained, and instead of finishing, you went looking for the next strategy. Because clearly that one wasn’t the right one either.

How many times have you done that? Two? Five? Ten? How many courses are sitting in your inbox right now that you started but never fully implemented?

If that cycle sounds familiar, this episode of the Jesus Girl Gang Kingdom Business Podcast was built for you. Because the problem was never the strategy. And the problem was never you. The problem is that a strategy was never designed to carry the weight you’ve been putting on it.

In Episode 24, I’m exposing the trap the online business industry has built around selling you strategy after strategy, the real reasons you keep stalling at 80%, and the God-given build pattern that changes everything.

The Strategy Trap Nobody’s Talking About

The online business world has trained us to believe that the RIGHT strategy is what unlocks success. Find the right funnel. Find the right content plan. Find the right launch model. And everything will click.

But here’s what nobody in the space is telling you: There’s a whole industry built on you believing that. The online marketing and business training industry lives on you and me constantly buying the next thing. The next course. The next framework. The next digital download. So, of course they’re going to tell you the strategy is what you need.

And when it doesn’t work, the implied message is: You didn’t implement it right. You didn’t try hard enough. You need the upgraded version. But after buying eight, ten, twelve strategies and hitting the same 80% wall every time, at some point you have to ask: What if it was never the strategy?

I lived this for years. I bought courses from people who were crushing it. Good courses. Solid strategies. And I would get 80% of the way through and stall. Every time. The strategy I bought was probably fine. But it was only one piece of what I actually needed. And nobody told me that.

What’s Actually Driving the Strategy Cycle

The strategy hunt is a symptom, not a solution. It’s the one variable that feels controllable when everything else feels uncertain. You can’t control whether people buy. You can’t control the algorithm. You can’t control your confidence on a bad Tuesday. But you CAN pick a new strategy. So you do.

And every time you switch, you’re reinforcing a belief you don’t even realize you’re building: that you are the problem. That you can’t finish. That you can’t figure this out.

But that’s not what’s happening. What’s happening is you’re asking one piece of a pattern to do the job of the whole thing.

Underneath the strategy cycle are four root causes that nobody names:

→ Self-doubt that creeps in every time something stalls, and the strategy swap becomes the way you avoid sitting with the thought “maybe I can’t do this.”

→ Isolation, because when you’re building alone, every setback feels like a verdict and the only voice in the room is your doubt.

→ A framework too narrow for your build, because the strategy was custom to the person who created it and there’s no vehicle in their offer to help you customize it to YOUR business.

→ Missing systems and infrastructure, because even when the strategy is right, you don’t have the tech, the marketing systems, or the platform to actually execute it.

Strategy can’t fix self-doubt. Strategy can’t replace community. Strategy can’t build your systems for you. And strategy can’t give you a guide who can look at your specific business and tell you whether you’re on the right track.

That is why the strategy alone never works. It was never supposed to carry all of that weight.

What God Actually Gave Moses (It Wasn’t a Strategy)

This is the part that changed everything for me…

Exodus 25:8-9 says, “And let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst. Exactly as I show you concerning the pattern of the tabernacle, and of all its furniture, so you shall make it.”

Three truths buried in that passage that changed everything for me. The vision has an appointed time — His, not mine. It will not lie — the calling is real even when results aren’t visible. And if it seems slow, I’m supposed to wait. Not quit. Not renegotiate. Not move the goalposts. Wait.

God didn’t say, “Moses, here’s a strategy. Go figure out how to build it.” He gave Moses a PATTERN. And that pattern included everything.

The blueprint itself. The exact specifications, the what-to-build and in-what-order. That’s the framework. The strategy component. But it was only one piece.

The materials. God didn’t just give instructions. He provided for the build. He resourced what He required. And if you go back to the beginning of the passage, God had already arranged for the Israelites to bring the gold, the silver, the bronze, and the fabric out of Egypt. He was building the supply chain before Moses even knew what the assignment was. That’s the systems and the tools.

The skilled workers. In Exodus 31, God called Bezalel and Oholiab by name, filled them with His Spirit, and gave them skill in craftsmanship. Moses didn’t build alone. God sent people with specific gifts to build alongside him. That is community. That is coaching. That is having people in the room who carry what you don’t carry.

His presence overseeing the build. God didn’t hand Moses the pattern and walk away. He stayed in the process. The pillar of cloud. The pillar of fire. Constant guidance, constant course correction. That’s a coaching relationship. That’s having someone who can see your build and say “keep going” or “stop, let’s course correct here.”

A strategy is someone else’s partial plan. A pattern is God’s blueprint for your build. And the pattern always includes more than just a set of instructions.

The Four Things Strategy Can Never Give You

Apply the Exodus 25 framework to your Kingdom business, and four gaps become immediately clear.

A framework broad enough for YOUR build. Not someone else’s funnel template that was custom to their business and then broadened to catch a wide net of buyers. You need a framework that covers mindset, offer, audience, sales, AND systems, and you need the ability to ask questions and get help customizing it to your business. As I said on the episode: stop buying strategies from people who can’t also get into the trenches with you.

Coaching from a guide who can see your build. Not a course you watch alone at midnight. A person. A guide who carries both the spiritual authority to speak into your calling and the business expertise to tell you whether your offer is positioned correctly. Someone who can say “that’s the right move” or “we’re overcomplicating this, let’s back it up.”

Community that won’t let you stop at 80%. Not people who helicopter your business, but women who are so sold out on believing what God said about their calling that they create an atmosphere where quitting isn’t the culture. When you get into a community of Kingdom builders who all carry that biblical entrepreneurial mindset, the sound in that room won’t let you stop. The most common feedback I get from the women in my community is some version of: “I accomplished in two months what I couldn’t do in six years of trying alone.”

Systems and a platform to build on. Not duct-taped together from five different free trials that don’t talk to each other. You need an actual platform where your website, email, landing pages, sales pages, and funnels live in one place. And you need someone to show you how to set it up. This brings a calm and a clarity to your nervous system that you cannot put a price on.

I didn’t just figure this out theoretically. I built it. Everything I just described: the framework, the coaching, the community, the platform, the systems. It’s called the Jesus Girl Gang, and inside it is a mentorship called BUILD with Faith where we walk through the full pattern together. I built it because I spent years looking for this room, couldn’t find it, and God said, “It doesn’t exist like that. You go build it.”

And I’m about to open the door to this room again soon!

The Question You Haven’t Asked God Yet

Before you invest in anything else, I need you to do this: Ask God for the pattern

Most of the women I talk to have tried five, ten, fifteen strategies. They’ve spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on courses. But when I ask them, “Did you sit down and ask God what HIS pattern is for your business?” the answer is almost always, “Well, no. Building a business is practical, so I just looked at what was working for other people.”

I have a prayer framework I teach. It’s called the 4 Questions Prayer Template. The very first question is: “God, what do You see and say about this?” Before you pick the strategy. Before you buy the course. Before you sign up for the next webinar. Ask Him. Because He has a pattern for your build, and it might look nothing like what that course taught you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I keep stalling at 80% in every course or strategy I try? The 80% stall point happens when a strategy is too narrow for your specific business and there’s no coaching or community support to help you customize and finish. You’re not failing at strategy. You’re asking strategy to do a job it was never designed to do alone. The missing pieces are typically coaching, community, and systems.

What is a “build pattern” and how is it different from a business strategy? A business strategy is one component of a build pattern. In Exodus 25, God gave Moses a complete pattern for building the tabernacle that included the blueprint (framework), the materials (systems and tools), skilled workers (community and coaching), and His presence overseeing the build (guidance and course correction). A strategy gives you the plan. A pattern gives you everything you need to actually execute it.

What does Exodus 25 have to do with building an online business? In Exodus 25:8-9, God gave Moses the full pattern for the tabernacle, not just instructions. He also provided the materials, called skilled workers by name, and stayed present throughout the build. This is a biblical model for how God resources what He requires. When you apply this to building a Kingdom business, it reveals that you need more than just a strategy. You need the full pattern: framework, coaching, community, systems, and God’s guidance.
