You know we’re human BEINGS, not human DOINGS, right?
So, why do you think it is that we spend so much of our life focused on the tasks? Focused on the to-do lists, the what to do NOW, the what to do NEXT questions? I believe it has to do with our innate desire to be as “in control” as we can be at every single moment. Honestly, I think we’re hanging on WAY too tight most days. Would you agree?
What if there was another way to get to where you really want to go in life — walking fully in the promises God has spoken over you? What if the strategy of just trying to check all the boxes and do it as perfectly as possible was NEVER meant to be the way? Spoiler Alert: It never was.
Here’s the truth: When you spend time with God to HEAR what He says about you and WHO He made you to be, when you take time each day to MEDITATE on the things you’ve heard from Him, and when you make a habit of DECLARING your identity over yourself on a regular basis and sharing it with others, you will KNOW your next best step in life. You will know, innately, how to walk out the journey of your life in such a way that you will feel fulfilled, and you will reach your destiny while God is glorified.
