But I’ve found that if you make it your main goal to change your thoughts from sheer willpower and habit, it doesn’t ever really stick like it should. And it doesn’t really elevate and accelerate results like you’d hoped. Why?

Because Behavior is just an echo of Belief.

Your beliefs drive your thoughts. Your thoughts drive your feelings. Your thoughts and feelings drive your declarations. Your thoughts, feelings and declarations drive your actions. And your actions drive your results. The starting point of this whole cascade isn’t thoughts. It’s what you really believe deep down inside! So how do you tap into that and make the necessary adjustments?
