As Christians, we know complaining “ain’t it,” right?
Philippians 2:14-16 tells us to do all things without grumbling, disputing or complaining, but there seems to be this thing deep down inside of all of us that needs to feel heard and seen, and that we’re not alone in difficult circumstances. And so, we give voice to the pain and suffering, and we’re not always aware of the way we’re doing it.
But then our situations don’t improve. Maybe we feel stuck, even. And we start to wonder, “Could it be the way I’m talking about my situation or experience? Surely God understands my need to process this pain and suffering, right?”
How do we process out our negative thoughts and feelings around experiences and situations without reaping the negative consequences of grumbling and complaint? That’s what we’re getting into on this week’s episode of the Positioned to Prosper podcast. Are you ready to dig in? Grab your Bible, your journal and a pen, and . . . Let’s Go!
